暑期英语自我介绍
Hello everyone, my name is XX, and I am a high school student from Beijing. This summer, I had a unique and enriching experience that I would like to share with you.
During the summer vacation, I decided to explore a new culture and environment by participating in a summer camp in the United States. This was not only a chance for me to improve my English language skills but also an opportunity to broaden my horizons and meet people from diverse backgrounds.
The camp was located in a small town in the northern part of California, and it was attended by students from all over the world. Each day, we were exposed to a new way of thinking and learning through various activities and workshops. We learned about American history, culture, and traditions, which gave me a deeper understanding of the country’s rich heritage.
One of the most memorable moments of my summer was when I participated in a cultural exchange activity. We were divided into groups and each group had to prepare a presentation about our home country’s culture. I had the chance to represent China and share its unique traditions and customs with the other students. This experience not only helped me improve my English speaking skills but also made me more confident in representing my country and its rich history.
Another highlight of my summer was when I visited Silicon Valley. It was an amazing experience to see where some of the world’s leading technology companies are located. We visited a few companies and got a behind-the-scenes tour, which gave me a better understanding of how these companies operate and how they are at the forefront of technological innovation.
