我家乡的变化
我来自一个美丽的小城市，它坐落在的南方，那里山清水秀，四季如春。随着时间的推移，我的家乡也经历了许多的变化。
十年前，我的家乡还是一个小镇，街道狭窄，两旁的房子都是老旧的砖瓦房。人们出行主要依靠自行车和步行，偶尔能见到一辆汽车，也显得尤为引人注目。那时候，没有现代的超市和购物中心，只有几家小杂货店和菜市场。人们购物时，常常需要走很远的路，到附近的市集去。
近年来，我的家乡发生了翻天覆地的变化。投入了大量的资金，对基础设施进行了改造和升级。街道变得宽敞平坦，两旁的建筑也焕然一新，高楼大厦拔地而起，取代了过去的砖瓦房。人们出行更加便利，因为新增了公交车和出租车，还有了地铁和轻轨。

I come from a beautiful small city in the south of China, where the mountains are green and the water is clear, and it is like spring all year round. However, over time, my hometown has also undergone many changes.
Ten years ago, my hometown was still a small town with narrow streets and old brick and tile houses on both sides. People mainly traveled by bicycle and on foot, and occasionally a car would appear, attracting a lot of attention. At that time, there were no modern supermarkets or shopping centers, only a few small grocery stores and markets. People often had to walk a long way to go shopping, to the nearby market.
However, in recent years, my hometown has undergone tremendous changes. The government has invested a lot of money in the renovation and upgrading of infrastructure. The streets have become wide and flat, and the buildings on both sides have also been renewed, with tall buildings springing up, replacing the old brick and tile houses. People’s travel has become more convenient, with the addition of buses and taxis, as well as subways and light rail.
The changes in my hometown are not only reflected in architecture and transportation, but also in culture and economy. In the past, people mainly relied on agriculture for a living, but now, with the rise of tourism and manufacturing, many people have started to work in these industries, contributing to the economic growth of the hometown.
